Online Member Management Update

October 31, 2018

As everyone has probably read by now, a new process is in place for club officers to use for club member management, and for our national volunteers to request information for their assigned areas. After more than a year of working with the developer of the 10-year-old custom module, it was clear that this change to the previous member management module and process was necessary…

Since going live with the new process, many club officers and national volunteers have expressed their opinion on the new process, and the vast majority of the responses have been positive. Having the ability to add and delete multiple members at a time or request a roster along with other club information, all within the same process tops of the list of the compliments received. One-stop shopping is a hit.

Of the comments falling at the other end of the spectrum, almost all are about not seeing rosters immediately. Please be assured that rosters will be processed and returned as quickly as possible during business hours.

We have appreciated everyone’s patience and willingness to give the new process a go. As often happens, a few tweaks have been made to fine tune things for you.

For the convenience of our club officers and national volunteers who may have yet needed to walk through the new process, here are the steps and instructions again:
